Our Discipleship program consists of both formal and informal training for those aspiring to lead campuses and ministries in a position of ministers and pastors. Discipleship requires a committed and sacrificial lifestyle: “Jesus said to his disciples, ‘If anyone would come after me, he must deny himself and take up his cross and follow me’” (Matthew 16:24; Luke 14:33).

CILT ( Christ International Leadership Training) is responsible for all leadership training of the ministry. All internal training is undertaken by this arm of the ministry.

CILT
CHRIST INTERNATIONAL LEADERSHIP TRAINING (CILT) is the education arm of Christ International Church committed to internally training members from the first day of attending the church to the stage of maturity and assignment where they go out as kingdom ambassadors to make principles of the Lord the final authority in their areas of influence.
We believe a well-organized education program is necessary to discover, develop and deplore potential talents and gifts of the Lord inherent in every believer. Only then can individual rise up and shine in the specific area of calling as kings and priests of the earth.
Our training is divided into 7 different stages according to the level of spiritual maturity of individuals. The goal is to help members move from one stage to a higher one after having a sufficient amount of training, practice and experience. All our internal training are offered free to members.

CIBS (Christ Int. Bible School) is committed to advancing excellent scholarship through a practical hands-on training emphasizing instruction, demonstration and impartation.
Our curriculum is biblically based, Holy Spirit anointed and life transforming.
