Matt.11:28 (The Message) “Are you tired? Worn out? Burned out on religion? Come to me. Get away with me and you’ll recover your life. I’ll show you how to take a real rest.
“Come to me all ye that labour and are heavily laden” is a total call to discipleship.
Real rest is the immediate profit for all that will yield the divine call to become Yoke Fellows with Jesus.
God’s call to rest is a call to all. This series is for all those seeking real rest.
Fatigue exhausts strength and delays productivity.
Stress does not respect status, position or age. Whoever breaks the law of rest is broken by it.
Prophet Isaiah made wrong decisions under stress and even invited God to take his life.
Rest is more than an emotional state of my mind. It is a complete peace in spirit, mind and body.
It is clear that God, the Author and Giver of peace, doesn’t give rest the way the world gives it.
Come and equip yourself with the principles of rest that is sure to guarantee you rest roundabout.
Prepare for accelerated progress in this second-half of the year, as you enter into your season of divine rest!
